REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
2. Legal professional at least 1-2 years of experience with mixed background as an in-house counsel
and external lawyer
3. Experience in digital, fintech, data privacy, payment, manufacturing industry preferred
4. Male/female, 21-28 years old
5. A good understanding of risk management and commercial practices
6. Must posses a PKPA certificate
7. Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, able to prioritize effectively and work
under pressure without compromising on quality
8. Possesess ability to adapt and have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
9. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
10. Willing to be located in Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional department, including support associated
with bussiness process inmprovement, operational matters etc
2. Provide advice and support for cross-functional department for many different areas of the law
and industry
3. Review, negotiate and/or draft legal documents in a wide range of legal areas in relation to the
company's bussiness operations
4. Advise and guide the bussiness team on legal issues and develop creative solutions
5. Handle a broad range of general corporate elgal matters
6. Handle corporate secretarial duties and advice the bussiness on Corporate Governance related
issues
7. Giving continued support on the creation, standardization and implementation of legal
compliance,
policies, terms and condition, internal working procedures and standard operational guideliness
8. Any other ad-hoc duties that ma be required
