Qualifications										
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a major discipline from reputable local institution with
strong academic results. Background in Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics,
Business Management, Design or other technical fields is a plus.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a top technology or engineering company, Rnd, product
development or credible and good track record in supporting business growth

JOBDESC										
1. Industry Knowledge & Business Strategy						
 a. Lead research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and the
latest internet trends to identify and fill feature gaps and generate new ideas that improve
operational processes, user experience, and drive optimization
 b. Prepare thoroughly for a variety of scenarios, to ensure the business can run smoothly at
scale.	
 c. Proactively jump into operational situations that require informed decision making.	
	
2. Product Management									
 a. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, operational processes, and prototypes.	
 b. Scope and prioritize activities based on business needs.					
 c. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to
implement new features and enhancements.

3. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement							
 a. Monitor key mission-driven product/feature metrics.					
 b. Work closely with data teams to perform regular analysis and deep dives on product/feature
performance.
